To provide the best experience for all clients and respect everyone’s time, please review the following policy:

Arrival Time 

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full session fee will still apply.

Late Arrival & No-Show

If you are more than 15 minutes late and we are unable to reach you, your appointment will be considered a no-show and may be cancelled. 
Please note: appointments may be released earlier (as soon as 10 minutes after the scheduled start time) if there are other clients waiting or ready to take the time slot. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling 

We kindly request as much notice as possible for cancellation or rescheduling, including for online bookings. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Clients who have three (3) missed appointments or late cancellations may no longer be eligible to book appointments in advance. Future services will be accepted on a walk-in basis only.

If you are not satisfied with your massage within the first 15 minutes, please inform your therapist immediately so we can address your concerns.

At that time, we will gladly offer one of the following options:

• A full refund of your service fee
• Assignment of a different therapist to continue your session
• A full-value gift certificate for future use
